The beauty of Oak wood is evident in this heirloom quality hinged lid Love Box. Now you can store those special things that your true love has given to you such as jewelry, notes, or whatever deserves its own special location on your dresser, display shelving, or desk.
This small box is constructed as a solid enclosure using beautifully figured quarter sawn Red Oak, and then the box is sawn to create the lid which allows the grain figure to continue from the lid to the base of the box. The inside bottom is covered with cloth felt to protect those special items stored within. Overall outside dimensions are approximately 6 inches long, 3 1/2 inches wide, and 3 1/4 inches tall giving an inside area of approximately 5 inches long, 2 1/2" wide, and 2 1/4 inches high including the lid recess.

Included with each box are 12 folded Love note cards, each 4 1/2 inches x 2 1/4 inches (folded size) to record those special moments forever. Love note cards are printed with "Love" on the face and a heart on the inside.
